Our trainings programm is configurable for all level of experiences from the beginner freeflyer to the advanced freeflyer and the competitor.
Description of the Coaching - The 1 on 1 Program.
The instructor flies together with the student.
Generally a school jump program is divided into 3 parts:
1) preparation and theoretical part
2) in flight training
3) video debriefing and second theoretical part
Before the jump The 1st School of Modern Skyflying instructor will brief the student on the exercises to perform in the air.
During freeflight the instructor will communicate with the student with hands, body signals and expressions. (Preferred method by FreeFly Instructors)
The Instructor will film the student in flight thanks to a video camera attached to the helmet so that once landed they can review the jump and together evaluate the exercises or the choreography performed.
Everyone of us comes from a different background, different experiences, has different body structures, characters and goals….these are the reasons why the Instructor will adapt the teaching and training program depending on the individual needs of each student.
The instructor’s job is to help the student to reach his/her own goals, better his/her own flying skill level and safety knowledge through a fun experience.
Your flights with the 1st School of Modern Skyflying:
You will inform the Instructor about your previous skydiving experiences, your goals and your expectations.
The Instructor after having shared with you on some general basic information will brief you for the first Freeflight. With the first jump you will have the chance to familiarize with the communication signals and the instructor will get a first idea of your flying skill level. To optimise your training and preparation the briefing and exercises to perform in the air will be adapted jump by jump depending on your progression and needs.
For a better learning we suggest you plan a block of school jumps. If you like you can divide the school training program in more fazes. In between one faze and the other you will be able to practice and consolidate what you learned.
