If a skydiver wants to learn to fly free, one of the most important things is the right way to think:
A FreeFlyer - in the original sense - is a Skydiver who is in (perfect) control of his/her aerodynamics, the airflow around the body, the different low and high pressure areas that make the movement – the flight – possible while being able to move freely through the atmosphere.
With this understading and some talent a FreeFlyer will, with some taining, be able to express his / her own creativity in flight and will discover and feel the real joy FreeFly gives you. Moreover the FreeFlyer will understand better, will progress in being able to think consiously while flying and therefore find the “flow” in the air instead of fighting it.
As in all the sports to improve it is neccessary to take some lessons. QUALIFIED FreeFly Coaching will allow you to improve quicker, in a safe surrounding and will bring you more fun instead of frustration. You will be able to see yourself on video, understand your “mistakes” and will quickly get rid of them. You will get the proper exercises for the next flights and will step by step manage to manipulate the airflow and get more relaxed.
If you want to improve in your flying skills SOLO flights are an important part as well. Take your “time” for yourself – try to feel the air, try to think conciously, breathe. Then try your exercises.
